Part 3: Development Stages
Stage One: Information
Fill out the Website Request Form, send an E-mail, or give us a call. If you would prefer to meet, a $40 initial consulting fee will be charged (or applied to project cost).
This time will be spent determining what services are needed, information about the business, projected date, and any ideas you have for the project.
Stage Two: Conceptual
Based on the initial contact, a rough draft will be made up including applicable information (layout, navigation, color scheme, photos/images to be used, domain name choices, dns and/or web host providers, logo concepts and/or samples). Your input for any additions or changes are welcome at this point. (Additions or changes made outside original project scope will be billed accordingly.)
At this point, we must have a client signature approving the project as well as a 50% deposit before services continue.
Stage Three: Development
With any requested changes from Stage Two, we will proceed with the project. General completion time varies based on the project itself. For general time expectations, rates and costs, click here.
Stage Four: Finalize
Touch-ups and last-minute changes. Launching the site and/or signing over the property. A signature of final approval will be required to complete the project. Payment for the rest of the project will be due 14 days from the date of signing.
